The purpose of this web page is to enhance the services we provide to our customers by providing information readily available via the latest technology, the Internet. We offer the best in service by the best factory trained service consultants and technicians in the business. Consultants trained to know what is best to keep your vehicle in "tip-top" shape and technicians that know how to do it.
These are strong words, which we can backup. If you own a GM light duty or passenger car and have never been into our service department, come in and make us backup these words. Our work is guaranteed.
Team System...
Our entire service department is on a team system. Each team consists of a Service Consultant or Assistant Service Manager (ASM), Team Leader, Lead Technician, two or more technicians and apprentices. Our customers are assigned to specific teams. This has many advantages over the conventional service shop in that the customer will always be serviced by the same consultant and technician team in every service visit. Also the technicians working as a team provides the customer the combined knowledge of all members of the team. Our Red and Green teams have over sixty years experience in automotive technology. That is one hundred twenty years experience if you add them together. That's a lot of knowledge!
